Live Younger, Live Longer … My Delicious Longevity Breakfast


So easy to prepare

1. Stir the following 5 ingredients in a bowl

a. 3 tablespoons of oatmeal

b. 1 tablespoon of brewer yeast

c. 1 tablespoon of wheat germ

d. 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed

e. 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

2. Add soy milk, stir again and heat for 3 minutes in the microwave

3. Add the following 3 ingredients

f. 1 teaspoon of blackstrap mollasses

g. cover with ground cinnamon

h. add nuts and dried fruits
